We hope you love everything you order. If something isn't right, get in touch within 21 days of it arriving. Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange, store credit or a refund.
Email us atΒ hello@madegood.co.nz with your order number and what you'd like to send back. We'll confirm before you post anything β returns without prior approval can't be accepted.
Items need to be:
β Unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused
β In their original packaging, with tags and any extras
β Packed carefully for the trip back
Please use a tracked courier β we can't take responsibility for parcels that go missing on the way. Return postage is yours to cover.
For full-priced items, take your pick:
β Exchange β subject to stock
β Store credit β for the full value, managed from your account page, applied at checkout
β Refund β back to the card or account you paid with
Sale and Flash Sale items are final. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
We check every order before it leaves us. If something still isn't right:
β Damaged in transit? Let us know within
3 working days (see
Shipping).
β Faulty or wrong? Let us know as soon as you notice, with photos and your order number.
We'll take a look and, once we've confirmed the fault, put it right β with a repair, replacement or refund. We cover the shipping either way.
Normal wear, misuse, and the natural variation that comes with handmade and natural materials aren't faults.
None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If you're unsure, the Shipping + Returns section on the product page will tell you. Or just ask.
Once your return reaches us, give us up to 5 working days to check it over. We'll email when it's done and confirm your exchange, credit or refund.
Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash. Each one is valid for 5 years and is redeemed at checkout.
Check the recipient's email address carefully, particularly if you're scheduling delivery β once a card is sent it counts as delivered, and we can't resend or cancel it.
