Made Good is an online store based in Auckland, New Zealand. We ship nationwide and internationally, tracked and with signature on delivery, using NZ Couriers, Post Haste and courier Post (NZ Post). The delivery times below start from dispatch.
Orders placed before 8am on a working day are usually sent the same day. Everything else goes out the next working day, Monday to Friday. We'll email you a tracking number once it's on its way.

These are the courier's targets rather than guarantees, and they stretch a little in December.
Couriers charge for space, not weight. A ceramic cup and a linen tea towel weigh about the same – one costs far more to send.
We could average it out, but then light orders subsidise bulky ones and Auckland subsidises Invercargill. We'd rather charge what it costs.

Arnold Circus Stools nest inside each other, so several ship for a single charge – three stools to Wellington still cost $28.

Orders to the United States include duties and taxes at checkout. There is nothing further to pay when your order arrives.
For other countries outside Australia, any customs duties are the recipient's to cover.
We're online only, so there's no shop to visit. But if something is urgent, email hello@madegood.co.nz – we can often arrange a pickup, and same-day courier in Auckland is possible, though expensive. We'll tell you what it would cost before you commit.
Gift wrapping is complimentary. Select it in your cart before checkout. Add a message in the cart notes and we'll write it out by hand on a card and include it with the order.
Some larger or awkward-shaped items can't be gift wrapped - usually specified in the product page.
We use eco-friendly packaging.
If it's been more than 5 working days since dispatch, email hello@madegood.co.nz with your order number and we'll chase the courier.
Turned up damaged? Email us within three working days and keep the packaging – the courier usually wants to see it.
