Couriers charge for space, not weight. A ceramic cup and a linen tea towel weigh about the same – one costs far more to send.
We could average it out, but then light orders subsidise bulky ones and Auckland subsidises Invercargill. We'd rather charge what it costs.

Orders placed before 8am on a working day are usually sent the same day. Anything later goes out the next working day. Once your order is on its way you'll get a tracking number.
Everything is sent tracked, with signature on delivery, through NZ Couriers, Post Haste or NZ Post – whichever suits your parcel best on the day.
Would rather it was left without a signature? Tell us in the cart notes, or email before it's sent. Once it's on its way you can usually arrange this yourself through the courier's tracking link.
These are the courier's targets rather than guarantees, and they stretch a little in December.
Please give us a physical delivery address where someone will be between ~9am and ~5pm, Monday to Friday. We also deliver to PO Boxes.

We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout by volumetric weight.
To the United States, duties and taxes are included at checkout – there's nothing more to pay on arrival. Everywhere else, any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's to pay.
