Delivery Within New Zealand

⋄ Free shipping: Orders over $250 (including rural addresses)
⋄ Rural fee: $6 applies to orders under $250
These flat rates exclude bulky items, which have their own shipping fees. Any additional cost is shown on each product page under the Shipping & Returns section (for example, the Arnold Circus Stool).
Note: You’ll only pay one bulky item shipping fee per order, even if you buy multiple bulky items.
(e.g. Shipping three Arnold Circus Stools to Wellington = $25 total.)

Larger bulky items

Smaller bulky items

Add $6 rural fee for all bulky item deliveries to rural addresses.
Delivery Timeframes
⋄ Auckland region: 1–2 working days
⋄ Rest of New Zealand: 1–3 working days
All orders are sent via tracked courier — Courier Post or Post Haste.
Once your order is fulfilled (usually the next working day), you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Please provide a physical delivery address (such as your home or workplace) where someone will be available between 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday.
We also deliver to PO Boxes.
